Return Policy

We cherish your absolute satisfaction with our products, therefore we guaranty that if your satisfaction is not complete with our products - you may return or exchange them within thirty (30) days from the day they were shipped to you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RAM). You will only pay for insurance fees and return shipping costs.

Please note:

  • Return is only eligible when items are in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, and shipped back within 30 days.
  • Returning an item for refund and setting a new item order shall accelerate the exchanging of the item. Please allow roughly 2 weeks for your refund to be processed.
  • If a package or item arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or contact us at once at 1-800-470-6531. Please hold all packing materials unless Welamond expert advised otherwise. Claims for damaged or missing products must be reported instantly or within 3 days of receipt of your order. Welamond will not be liable for lost or damaged returned shipments.

 

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable or refundable with a fee:

  • Engraved items (except rings). Rings may be returned for credit, though the fees for engraving are non-refundable (25.00$).
  • Customized and special orders are non-refundable, unless approved by an expert of the Welamond.
    Please contact info@welamond.com to be advised of a refund option.
  • Uninsured or improperly packages, returns sent C.O.D., returns without a Welamond Return Merchandise Authorization (RAM) code will be refused upon receipt. Contact us to receive RAM Form.
  • Returns without the complete documentation or product shall be declined, not receipt and not processed by Welamond.

 

Exchange or Return Instructions

Please take the following steps if you wish to return an item:

  1. Please contact us at info@welamond.com and we will send you Return Merchandise Authorization (RAM) Form.
  2. Please fill out a form and send back to our email with the sale invoice.
  3. We will refund you a code via email, which must be clearly marked on the outside of the box you are returning and you should add the copy of this email to the shipment as well.
  4. The item should be carefully packaged, preferably in its original box together with all related documents (including mail with RAM code) sent to you by Welamond. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you will be liable for the US$250 (or equivalent amount in other currencies) replacement cost.
  5. Insure Your Package. We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials, fully insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
  6. Once we receive the items they are processed and a confirmation email shall be sent to you within 2 business days. Our Quality Assurance experts shall inspect the returned item and will contact you within 5 days. Items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized not by one of Welamond experts, or damaged cannot be accepted for return. Please note that another 7 - 14 days are required after processing is completed for your bank to post credit against your account.

 

PayPal Returns

PayPal orders may be returned for credit directly to your PayPal account. Up to 2 weeks may take to credit your account.

 

Shipping and Delivery Fee

All shipping fees, costs and charges are non-refundable. Please hold on to all shipping documents and papers for FedEx pick up and/or inspection.

If we request that you return the items to us, we may reimburse for full or partial return shipping costs under Welamond sole discretion. Welamond will not reimburse for overnight, express or other special services which were not authorized by Welamod in advance. Welamond will only authorize special shipping services in unique situations and under its sole discretion.

 

Processing the Retuned Item by Welamond

Within (2) two business days Welamond shall confirm to you by E-mail the receipt of the returned item. In order to allow smooth return please follow all the above including attaching to the returned item the code, all related documents, diamond grading certificate, original package etc’. Lacking of any of the above documents or code may delay the process of the returned item.

Our experts will review the returned item and will contact you within 2-4 business days from the day the item was received. After the inspection was successfully completed 2-4 days will be required before refunding.

 

Credit Refund

Purchases by Credit card or PayPal will be refunded against the credit card or the original purchase account. Please allow up to 2 (two) weeks from the date your return was received for your account to be credited. You may wish to contact your credit card company on posting guidelines as they can vary.

Bank wire purchases under US$1,000, will require 3-4 weeks until refund. Bank wire refunds will be placed to the original account they originated from.

 

Modifications in Original Order

If you would like to modify or change an order please contact one of our experts at sales@welamond.com . We will do our best to allow requested changes without delay in shipping, except modifications or cancellations to special orders or orders which were shipped; in such case no modification or cancelation can be authorized.
